Our timber frame sugar house was built in 2012 to replace the converted milkhouse. The frame is white oak held together solely with wood pegs. The siding is a mixture of rough sawn cherry and ash that was harvested from the farm. The small evaporator inside is used to produce the small batch artisan syrup.
